Privacy Agreement for Telemedicine Services

As part of the telemedicine services I have requested, I consent to the storage, processing, and use of information about me, my social status, and medical data required for treatment. This data may be disclosed to third parties (e.g., payers, physicians for further or accompanying treatment, laboratories, and other healthcare or treatment facilities, as well as rehabilitation centers) in accordance with the respective data protection regulations and within the intended purpose.

The hospital does not operate its own data processing center but outsources these activities to Schön Klinik Holding Roseneck SE & Co. KG, Am Roseneck 6, 83209 Prien am Chiemsee.

Hardware and software maintenance and support are provided by Schön Klinik Holding SE, Balanstraße 71a, 81451 Munich.

You have the right to request information about the data stored about you at any time and to request the correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of this data, as far as legally permissible. Please contact our data protection officers for this purpose.

Additionally, you may object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation. However, such an objection may impair or prevent the provision of telemedicineservices.
