Calcific tendinitis - our treatment

The treatment of your calcific tendinitis is based on the stage of your condition, the nature and size of the calcified deposit and the extent of your pain. Conservative treatment is often sufficient. This includes measures such as special physiotherapy or shockwave therapy.
If shoulder surgery is necessary, our shoulder expert operate as arthroscopically as possible on you, i.e. using what is known as the keyhole technique. This requires only a few small skin incisions and enables you to heal quickly.

Whether conservative or surgical treatment, our shoulder specialists will advise you in a special consultation and recommend individual treatment for your calcific tendinitis.
