As part of our additional and comfort services, we offer many optional extras: If you would like to be treated by one of our senior consultants, choose your preferred doctor. Would you like to be accommodated in one of our Lovely Comfort rooms? Then select the Lovely Comfort optional service. Of course, you can also combine both services.
Optional service: Get treated by the Head of Department
If you would like to be personally looked after by senior consultants from our hospital, we can offer you treatment by your preferred doctor. Consultants’ services are charged by the hospital according to the applicable GOÄ (scale of charges for doctors).
Comfort rooms, stylishly furnished
Our single and twin rooms are modern and tastefully furnished. A specially developed design concept with selected colours and high-quality materials ensures a feel-good atmosphere. All rooms have plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items and are equipped with extras (such as e.g. a private refrigerator).
Exclusive access to the Schoen Comfort Lounge
The Schoen Comfort Lounge represents a special retreat option. This attractive recreational area is exclusive to Schoen Comfort patients. You can relax, talk to fellow patients or simply enjoy a cup of tea or coffee here. The Schoen Comfort Lounge is equipped with comfortable seating and a facility for hot and cold drinks. In addition to small snacks, cake and fruit, a range of daily newspapers and magazines is also available.
Comprehensive menu selection and special meals
We pamper our Comfort patients with an extensive menu. We offer a wide selection of additional food and beverages made from high-quality produce at every meal.
Particular optional extras:
- A selection of four lunch dishes
- Fresh fruit, coffee and hot drinks daily
- Additional choices at breakfast and dinner (different types of bread, fresh produce, spreads etc.)
- Cake in the afternoon
Schoen Comfort Personal Carer
We want you to feel at home. Our Patient Advisors will therefore take care of your well-being and will be happy to answer all your questions and respond to your personal wishes (e.g., dealing with small postal items). Your admission is personal and individual. If requested, a specially trained employee can provide support with the admission formalities.
Many little extras and details for your well-being
It is the many little details that show you are not only a respected patient but a welcome guest. We replace your towels on a daily basis and your bedding every other day, on request. For more information, please contact your Schön Comfort Patient Care staff member. A daily newspaper as well as a television guide are available free of charge for the duration of your stay.
Your private and supplementary insurer will receive an invoice or, if you do not hold such insurance, the invoice will be sent to you directly.
