Kerstin Grube joins Schoen Clinic

On 1 January 2020, Kerstin Grube will become Managing Director of Schoen Clinic Lorsch and Schoen Clinic Düsseldorf. The 30-year-old is considered an up-and-coming executive in hospital management and most recently headed Helios Clinic Attendorn.

Kerstin is an accomplished executive with an international background. She has successfully completed numerous projects in recent years during her professional career in the hospital sector. "With Kerstin Grube, we are delighted to have one of the most talented hospital managers and we are confident that it will enrich our dynamic management team," says Dr Mate Ivančić, CEO of Schön Klinik SE. Grube will be the first woman to join the new Schoen Clinic group management team. For Dr Ivančić this is an important and necessary step: "Women in management positions enrich every company, since experience shows that a more dynamic mix broadens  management view and introduce new perspectives."

This change means that Sascha Altendorf, Hospital Manager of Schoen Clinic Lorsch, and Christian Lorch, Hospital Manager of Schoen Clinic Düsseldorf, leave the group by the end of the year by mutual agreement.

Grube says following her decision to join the organisation : "Schoen Clinic is not only renowned for the high quality of its medical services, but also for its constant development. I am very much looking forward to being able to contribute to this."
