Admission to the private clinic

In order to guarantee a targeted treatment, we need some documents from you in advance. If you follow the link below, you'll find out what these are in detail.

Billing methods

In our private clinic we take private health insurance patients, aid authorities and self-paying patients in the context of in-patient hospital treatment. Since insured persons of a private health insurance and aid authority are not the payers, but you are our contractual partner. Please therefore ensure that your insurance company has authorised the cost of treatment before it begins.Aid patients will need a certificate of eligibility for the required in-patient treatment in our clinic from your aid authority.

A direct billing with the aid authority is unfortunately not possible. You will therefore receive an interim invoice for your aid share on the 1st and 15th of each month. We are happy to assist you with the application process.

The cost rates in detail

The following services are relevant for billing with the payer and/or your insurance provider:

  • Fees for psychiatry and psychosomatics (PEPP) based on the PEPP fee catalogue
  • Costs for Comfort services
  • Costs for elective and physical services

The costs for your services in the private clinic are covered by your payer (for example, private health insurance or aid authority) according to your individual insurance tariff.

Information for beneficiaries

A direct billing with the aid authority is unfortunately not possible. You will therefore receive an interim invoice via your aid plus the difference for accommodation in a single room on the 1st of the month. Please submit these invoices immediately to your aid authority.

So that you can submit these invoices to your aid authority, please bring the appropriate application forms with you.

Please note that depending on the state and individual insurance tariff, your aid authority deducts a co-payment for certain services. Please contact your aid authority for more information.

The legal status - allocation basis

Principles of coverage

The clinic is covered by all private health insurance and aid authorities. The services at the private clinic are not provided within the framework of a care contract with statutory health insurance. Treatments do not take place on publicly subsidised premises. This private clinic is therefore not subject to care rates.

What do you have to be aware of?

We recommend that you always obtain a cost agreement from private health insurers in advance, so that you can be sure that health insurance will cover the costs. Costs for inpatient treatment are borne by all private health insurers and aids, depending on the insurance tariff. In any case, the criteria specified in the insurance contracts should be fulfilled.
