Burnout – our treatment

“I must not fail” or “I want to do it perfectly” – beliefs like these often lead to burnout. Our experienced psychotherapists at Schoen Clinic Berchtesgadener Land have effective treatment concepts for that.

Your mentoring therapist creates the appropriate burnout therapy for you based on our treatment concept. In individual and group sessions, you will identify the unfavourable beliefs and behavioural patterns that you have internalised. During your therapy, you will also develop new guiding principles which help you to be more careful with yourself. In addition, you will practice recognising your stress limits in good time and adapting your behaviour to your own needs. Relaxation techniques are also part of the therapy - you can use them to rest at home later on. This is part of your burnout self-help and allows you to take good care of yourself in the long term.

If you are in burnout rehabilitation with us, our social services will help you to return to everyday life, for example, to reintegrate into work.
