Burnout – our treatment

Are you exhausted and burnt out and want to regain your joie de vivre? With our treatment, our experienced experts offer you professional help and advice in order to overcome your burnout process and to be fit for everyday life again in the long term – if possible without medication.

In regular one-on-one discussions with your reference therapist as well as in group therapy you will develop strategies and behavioural patterns in order to be able to better deal with stressful situations. You learn to deal with conflicts and problems more easily and to change stressful attitudes. As part of the burnout therapy, you can implement the first steps on the path to change and develop a better sense of your capacity limits.

Our goal is to support you in changing something in your life in the long term, because this is the only way to manage your burnout in the long term. That is why, in burnout treatment, relapse prevention is also particularly important to us.
